Jacob Froman's Station

Built by Jacob and Barbara Mercer Froman on his settlement and preemption, a log house presumed to be part of the station still exists inside the present residence. (Learn more about Pioneer Stations.)

Froman was a member of the Convention of 1792, which drew up the first Constitution of Kentucky, and was elected a state representative in that year.
